Why did you become a Wedding Officiant?

“I’ve always loved weddings. One of my first summer jobs was working at a local bridal shop. My mother was a professional event planner and from a young age, I enjoyed helping her.

Over my career, I’ve worked as a Television Producer, Radio Host, Event Planner, Interior Decorator, Realtor, and Writer. One of my friends encouraged me to become a NH Justice of the Peace and it was the perfect fit, combining many of my skills and interests. Since then, I’ve officiated hundreds of weddings all across New England and opened my own wedding chapel. Officiating weddings has become the favorite job I’ve had.

Lisa Law is a New Hampshire Justice of the Peace and Ordained Minister. She is a popular NH Wedding Officiant with over 35 years of event planning experience. She she is known for her kindness, dedication, and personalized attention to her couples. She officiates at formal venues, homes, beaches, mountains, and parks throughout New England. She is a member of the NH Justice of the Peace Association and is available for weddings in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.

Lisa owns the Lawfully Yours Wedding Chapel LLC in Nashua where she hosts all-inclusive wedding packages, micro weddings, elopements, and vow renewals. The chapel is beautifully decorated with indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Over her career, Lisa has worked as a Television Producer, Realtor, Interior Decorator, Event Planner, and now a full-time Justice of the Peace. She is also a published Author. She draws on her diverse background to create special memories for her couples.

A New Hampshire native, Lisa grew up at her family’s ski area Temple Mountain. Being raised on a mountain in rural NH gave her a deep love and appreciation for nature. People remark on her calm steady presence which she attributes to her up-bringing as well as meditation, mindfulness, and Feng Shui.
